¶1Shri Vinod Kumar Sharma has filed Vakalatnama today on behalf of opposite party no.2, which is taken on record.

¶2At the very outset, it was brought to the notice of this Court that during course of investigation, Section 376-D I.P.C. has been added in this matter whereas the rejection order passed by the Sessions court, Gorakhpur pertains Sections 376, 384, 328, 323, 506 I.P.C.

¶3On the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, he is permitted to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application at this stage with permission to file the same in the relevant sections, subsequently, in according to law.
