This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the petitioner be permitted to deposit the entire dues of Rs.2,94,914/- in installments. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned counsel appearing for Electricity Department submits that petitioner can approach the respondent no.3-Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Hamirpur under Clause 6.14 of U.P. Electricity Supply Code 2005 and pray for fixing of the installments. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner files an application under Clause

6.14 of U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 within a period of ten days from today then the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided within a period two months.
