¶1The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

19.07.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge Court No.3 Farrukhabad by which the amendment application to add paragraph No.8 in the memo of appeal which is marked as 43A 1 was rejected.

¶2After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to dismiss the present petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order also in case any adverse order is passed in the appeal filed by the petitioners.
