¶1Heard Sri Ravi Prakash, holding brief of Sri Vimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no.1, 2 and 3 and Sri B.P. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.

¶2This petition was filed with a prayer that permission to conduct elections of the Committee of Management be granted.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 has placed before this Court a letter dated 02.08.2023 issued by the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur to the Manager of the Committee of Management along with documents of attestation of signatures of Sri Pramod Kumar Singh as Manager of the Committee pursuant to the elections held in July, 2023.

¶4In view of the holding of elections and attestation of signatures, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present petition as it has come infructuous.
