This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "a) Issue an order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 25.7.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 2 Gorakhpur in Civil Misc. Application No. 526/2022. b) Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus to stay the further proceeding of Execution Case No. 01/2022 (Pashupati Colonizers Vs. Smt. Kaisar Jahan and others) pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 2 Graskhpur so that justice be done."
