The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Case No. 5625 of 2017 (State vs. Avaneesh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 173 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending in the Court of 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
