A copy of the final assessment order dated 11.10.2023 has been passed on to the Court, which is being made a part of the record. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted by this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final assessment order, he may take recourse to such action as might be available under law.
