¶1Heard Sri Tej Om Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.K. Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No. 75 of 2017 (Smt. Hari Pyari Vs. Vijendra and Others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452, 392, 427 IPC, P.S. Eka, district Firozabad, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Firozabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant complaint is pending since 2017 and the proceedings could not be concluded in the instant complaint case because another 482 Application No. 7021 of 2019 (Bijendra Singh and 4 Others) is pending before this Court wherein this Court has stayed the further proceedings of the said complaint case.

¶3Since this Court has already stayed the proceedings of the complaint case, no direction for expeditious disposal of the said complaint case can be passed in the matter, therefore, the instant application is devoid of merits and is hereby dismissed.
