¶1Heard Shri Prateek Shukla, holding brief of Shri Pradeep Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 11.7.2023 registered as Case Crime No.589 of 2023, under sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 307 IPC and 3(1)(da) & 3(1)(dha) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous.
