¶1Heard Shri S.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent No.1 to consider the case of the petitioner's husband i.e. Akidat son of Late Mansab Ali r/o Village Salai, P.S. Hapur Dehat, District-Hapur presently under the imprisonment at district jail Ghaziabad in connection with S.T. No.414 of 1983 (Crime No.217 of 1983) under Sections 302/149, 307/149 and 148 IPC, P.S.-Babugarh, District-Hapur, keeping in view the relevant guidelines framed by State Government regarding the premature release of the life convicts.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail effective remedy at appropriate stage.
