¶1Heard Shri Arvind Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Kuleep Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for the State-respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed challenging the impugned first information report dated 15.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No.451 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 354 (Kha), 504, 506 IPC, P.S.-Dibiyapur, District-Auraiya.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet No.488 of 2023 has been filed on 16.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
