Judgment

Court No. - 39 Case :- PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 2473 of 2023 Petitioner :- Jitendra Pratap Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ambuj Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J. Hon'ble Surendra Singh-I,J.

¶1Having heard Sri Ambuj Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha and Sri Ankit Gaur, learned Standing Counsel for the State, it transpires that the petitioner wants relocation of a playground.

¶2Suffice to note that the petitioner has no right, title or interest in the land with respect to which the case has been brought to this Court and the playground being provisioned for children is over the land belonging to the Gaon Sabha. The writ petition is wholly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.

¶3No order as to costs. Order Date :- 27.10.2023 KS (Surendra Singh-I,J.) (Saumitra Dayal Singh,J.) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
