¶1On 22.09.2023, this Court has passed the following order. "The submission is that the order impugned is absolutely contemptuous and in utter disregard of the previous order passed by this Court and the Supreme Court. Learned counsel appearing for the development authority requires three days time to obtain instructions in the matter. It shall be open for the authorities to revisit the issue. Put up as fresh, once again, on 26.09.2023."

¶2Today, at the very outset, Sri Ravi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 states that the order impugned in the present petition dated 19.08.2023 has been recalled. The said statement as acknowledged as correct by Sri Ujjawal Satsangi, learned counsel for the petitioner is correct.

¶3In view of the above changed circumstances, the cause of action as brought before this Court does not survive. If any further dispute survives, it is left open to the petitioner to avail her remedy in accordance with law.
