¶1Heard Shri Irshad Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.05.2023 in Case Crime No. 0139 of 2023, under Section 420 IPC, Police Station Fatehganj West, District Bareilly.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner herein has been arrested, as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
