Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the plaintiff seeking the following relief: "I) To issue an order or direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate, Bhognipur, District Kanpur Dehat to decide the suit no. 95 of 2018 (Kailash Chandra Vs. Surendra and another) within stipulated period specified by this Hon'ble Court." It appears that a suit for cancellation of a sale deed and other relief was filed on 3.7.2018 before the trial court and case is being listed for ex-parte hearing. Given the fact that the case is listed for ex-parte hearing, no direction as sought for is required to be granted as this Court has no reason to doubt that the court concerned would duly proceed with the matter.
