Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "1. Direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fatehpur to Proceed and decide the Original Suit No 235 of 2018 (Ram Chandra and Others Vs. Nand Lal and Others) Pending before it expeditiously, within a period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. So that Justice may be done with the Petitioner." It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that a suit for permanent injunction was filed with regard to the suit property which is agricultural in nature. The petitioner is the defendant in the aforesaid suit. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner is that till now even the issues have not been framed despite the defendants' having filed their written statement. Under the circumstances, it is for the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious consideration of the suit before the trial court and if such an application is filed, that application shall be considered expeditiously.
