¶1Sri S.C.Dwivedi, learned counsel has appeared for respondent no. 2.

¶2In so far as the relief claimed by the petitioner is concerned, no rights of the petitioner are being infringed and the grievance being raised by the petitioner that the respondent is raising certain illegal constructions falls within the realm of private dispute between two citizens.

¶3As a writ court, we are not inclined to offer any interference or intervention in such a dispute. Accordingly, intervention claimed is declined.
