¶1This is second bail application. First bail application of applicant was rejected on 25.05.2023.

¶2Learned counsel for applicant is not present. Sri Shiv Prakssh Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Laxmi Kant Bhatt, Advocate for Informant is present.

¶3According to status report dated 25.10.2023, trial is at the fag end since statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has already been recorded and matter is fixed for argument.
