Court No. - 9 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 2662 of 2022 Applicant :- Dinesh Yadav Opposite Party :- Ravindra Kumar Mander,D.M. Counsel for Applicant :- Gaurav Pundir Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. The writ Court on 06.08.2019 while disposing off Writ-C No. 25747 of 2019 passed the following order; "This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "(i)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, District Magistrate, Rampur to decide the representation/ application of the petitioner dated 14.06.2019, within stipulated period , as directed by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Rampur ventilating his grievances within three weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation." From perusal of the order of writ Court it is clear that only direction was issued to the opposite party to decide the representation in case it was filed. Learned Standing Counsel informs that compliance affidavit has been filed wherein it has been stated that on 05.08.2022 the representation of the applicant has been decided by the opposite party, copy of which has been brought on record as annexure No. 1 to the compliance affidavit. As the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, contempt application stands dismissed. Contempt notice stands discharged. File consign to record.
