¶1None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the revised call. However, learned AGA for the State-respondent is present.

¶2On 11.10.2023, CJM Moradabad was directed to submit a report with regard to the current status of the trial.

¶3Pursuant to the order dated 11.10.2023 passed by this Court CJM concerned submitted its report and according to the report trial of the case has already been decided on 27.8.2016, therefore, from the perusal of the report, it reflects that the instant bail application has become infructuous.
