¶1Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Akanksha Sharma, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents, it transpires that according to the petitioner, he has been allotted Plot No. VL-44, industrial area, Sikandarabad, Bulandshahr by U.P. Small Industrial Corporation, now known as U.P. State Industrial Development Authority. The petitioner claims full compliance with the terms of allotment letter. He is aggrieved by the fact that no lease deed has yet been executed in his favour.

¶2In view of the said facts, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and calling for a counter affidavit.

¶3The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case,the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 supported by his personal affidavit annexing thereto all documents to establish allotment and due compliance of the allotment letter within a period of two weeks from today, the said authority shall cause due verification of the facts and pass appropriate reasoned order dealing with the claim made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of one month from the date of filing of the representation.
