¶1Heard Shri Vinay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent-University.

¶2This writ petition has been filed claiming the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents either produce answer sheet of the petitioner which has been given by the petitioner in 2022 before this Hon'ble Court for evaluation of the same by competent Professor and mark will be given by him accordingly mark sheet will be given to the petitioner or respondents may be directed to provide marks of the petitioner according to mark obtained by the petitioner in other subject."

¶3The documents annexed to the writ petition and the pleading contained therein have no correlation with the prayer made and the Court is unable to understand the case of the petitioner after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶4The writ petition is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with specific and better particulars and prayer, after serving its copy upon Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent-University.
