¶3This criminal revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 23.11.1981 passed by of Additional Sessions Judge, Budaun in S.T. Nos.87 of 1980 and 240 of 1980 convicting the accused-opposite parties for offence under Section 147 and 307/149 I.P.C. and order dated 23.11.1981 sentence the opposite parties/accused for offence under Section 147 convicting with the imprisonment for six months. It also appears that Crl. Appeal No.2795 of 1981 was also filed against the order of conviction and sentence by the accused persons, which has already been decided on 27.2.2013.
