¶3This criminal revision has been filed against the order of acquittal passed by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Ghazipur in S.T. No.314 of 1979 (State Vs. Kedar Bharti and 8 others) under Sections 147, 148 and 307 I.P.C. P.S. Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur.
¶4Learned trial court has acquitted the opposite party No.1 to 6 while convicted and three other accused persons. It appears that Government Appeal No.2745 of 1982 was also filed against the order of acquittal, which has been dismissed on 22.7.1982.
