¶1Heard Sri Prashant Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Mohd. Afzal, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 and Sri Nishant Mehta, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner is that no recovery is being made pursuant to the recovery certificate dated 06.04.2023 issued pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gautam Buddh Nagar Bench.

¶3Facts are unascertained especially with respect to pendency of appeal, if any and its status.

¶4Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case, the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2, the said authority shall act expeditiously, in accordance with law with respect to the recovery being pursued by the petitioner.
