¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2Challenge has been raised to the electoral roll.

¶3Upon instructions, Sri Rahul Krishna Agrawal holding brief of Sri Tarun Agrawal, learned counsel for the Election Commission, states that the electoral roll has not only been finalized but the election has been held on 14th October, 2022.

¶4In view of the above fact, the writ petition is found highly belated. It is accordingly dismissed as belated.
