¶1Heard Shri Anurag Khanna, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Shri Anup Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Rahul Agarwal along with Shri Mohd. Afzal, learned counsel for the RERA and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2At the outset, Shri Rahul Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the RERA has objected that the petitioner has responded to the impugned notice dated 29.05.2023 and appeared before the RERA. Accordingly, he has been heard and order reserved on 12.10.2023.

¶3As to the expected time required to pass the order, he states that such order should be available within a period of four weeks from today.

¶4In view of such statement made, we decline to offer any interference on merits as the petitioner has already availed statutory alternative remedy of show cause.
