¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order dated

19.08.2008 passed by respondent no. 2, through which the order dated 07.01.2006 passed by respondent no. 3 has been set aside and matter has been remitted back to respondent no. 3 for deciding afresh, Case No. T2022111520405237 is still pending before respondent no. 3 for final adjudication.

¶3Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the above mentioned case, which has been remanded back for deciding afresh by respondent no. 2 vide order dated 19.08.2008 be expedited and decided finally as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
