¶1Heard Shri Ved Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26.8.2023, registered at Case Crime No.373 of 2023, under Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Tanda, District Rampur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.299 of 2023 has been forwarded on 14.9.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
