¶1Heard Mohammad Zakri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 08.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 366 of 2023, under Sections 452, 354 Ka IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Gulaothi, District Bulandshahr.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 312 of 2023 has been filed on 15.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
