¶4This is third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first and second bail applications were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 03.02.2020 and 21.04.2022 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application Nos. 4066 of 2020 (Dinesh Saini vs. State of U.P.) and 3435 of 2022 (Dinesh Saini vs. State of U.P.) respectively.

¶5Sri Shashi Kant Pandey, learned counsel for the State is present.
