¶1Heard Shri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Virendara Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and Shri Brijesh Kumar Pandey, Advocate, who has filed short counter affidavit alongwith Vakalatnama on behalf of informant, which is taken on record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 17.03.2023 in Case Crime No. 62 of 2023, under Sections 379, 419, 420 IPC, Police Station Sikarara, District Jaunpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. submitted that the F.R. No. B-35 of 2023 has been forwarded on 31.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
