¶1Heard Shri Kundan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 440 of 2023, under Sections 354, 354-A, 341, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 345 of 2023 has been filed on 17.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
