¶1Heard Shri K.K. Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Shri Kripa Shankar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 03.06.2023 in Case Crime No. 393 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406, 342, 504 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun.

¶3At the very outset, learned A.G.A. pointed out that after completion of the investigation, the matter has been referred to the concerned police station in Madhya Pradesh where a fresh FIR has been registered on 25.08.2023 as Case Crime No. 279 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406, 342, 504 I.P.C. and as such, no relief can be granted.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid fact.
