¶1By means of the present petition the petitioners are seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 27.07.2023, registered as Case Crime No.292 of 2023, under Sections 147, 304, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(2) (va) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Baldev, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR.

¶2At the very outset, Shri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶3Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned AGA appearing for the State-opposite party has no objection to the prayer so made.
