¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to declare the result of petitioner of All India Bar Council Exam-14 as successful candidate.

(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue C.O.P. No. in favour of petitioner in pursuance of All India Bar Council Examination-14.

(iii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the application/ representation dated 14.9.2021 moved by petitioner and pending till now.".

¶3On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the result has been declared and as such no interference is required in the matter.

¶4Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to respondents to decide his representation dated 14.9.2021 within stipulated period.

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves fresh representation ventilating his grievances before respondent no.1 within one week, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law in further three weeks.
