The claim of the petitioners in the present petition is for granting 4% additional land in light of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in Gajraj & Others vs. State of U.P. & 6 Others 2011 11 ADJ 1 (FB). The petitioners were not party in Gajraj (supra). In light of the judgment and order dated 28.08.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ C No. 26514 of 2023 (Ved Prakash Sharma and 3 Ors. Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Ors.), in which one of us (Hon. Donadi Ramesh, J.) was a member, the petitioners are not entitled to the relief prayed for. The petition is dismissed.
