¶1Heard Sri Gyanendra Singh Kanaujiya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Virendra Pal Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 24.8.2023 in Case Crime No. 0259 of 2023, under Sections 376, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Ghazipur District Fatehpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. on instructions apprised to this Court that the final report no. 51 of 2023 dated 8.10.2023 has already been submitted in this case and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.
