¶1Heard Sri Deepak Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Vivek Shukla, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.7.2023 in Case Crime No. 144 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Suriyawa, District Bhadohi.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 153 of 2023 has been forwarded on 28.8.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
