¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has filed for following relief : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.01.2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil & District Bulandshahr (respondent no.3)

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raises preliminary objection that against the order impugned the petitioners have alternative remedy of filing appeal.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy as available under Section 331 of the U.P.Z.A & L.R.
