¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that direction be issued to Superintendent of Police, Sant Kabir Nagar-second respondent to decide his representations dated 18.09.2023, copy of which is appended as Annexure no.3 to the writ petition.

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Sant Kabir Nagar-second respondent to consider the application/representation of petitioner expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
