This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A. Issue an order or direction direct the learned Court of Civil Judge, (S.D.), Jhansi to decide the proceedings of Original Suit No.79 of 2023 (Kapoori and another Versus Harsh and Others) for cancellation of registered sale deed pending before the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Jhansi, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It appears that a suit for cancellation of the sale-deed was filed on 15.02.2023 in which notice was directed to be issued. Even the written statement has not been filed as is evinced from the order-sheet appearing at page no.34 of this petition. The suit has been filed only in February 2023 and the petitioner has rushed to this Court seeking expeditious disposal of the original suit. This is a completely frivolous petition and is, therefore, dismissed. The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned court within fifteen days.
