¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A. Issue a writ, Order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 27.09.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Kerakat District Jaunpur in Suit No. 2989/2022 Village Bambawan Tehsil Kerakat District Jaunpur under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code whereby allowing the suit no. 2989/2022 and directing the concern revenue inspector to maintain the boundaries of the Arazi No. 363/0.5060 Hectare only on the basis of the report and field book which was prepared without existence of any landmark (Sehadda)."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to file revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
