¶1Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the respondents and have perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned show cause notice dated 26.6.2023 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) in Case No. 989 of 2023, under Section 3/4 UP Goonda Act, P.S. Rampura, District Jalaun.

¶3Admittedly, against the impugned notice dated 26.6.2023, the petitioner has already submitted his reply/objection, which is pending disposal.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of this case, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2-Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Jalaun to decide the reply/objection of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order before the respondent no. 2.
