¶1Learned counsel for the petitioners appeared and submitted that as per information received today, an F.I.R. has been lodged at the instance of mother of petitioner no. 1 under Sections 366, 504, 506 I.P.C., with regard to abduction of petitioner no. 1. Thus the petition has now become infructuous due to subsequent developments and the same may be disposed of accordingly.

¶2In view of the above, petition stands dismissed as being infructuous.
