¶1Heard Sri Suneel Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2, 3 and 4 to ensure a free and fair investigation in FIR Case Crime No. 0005 of 2021, under Section 139 (1)(b) and 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, P.S. Varanasi Sector Vigilance Establishment, District UP Vigilance Establishment.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
