¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated

13.07.2023 as well as the entire proceeding of S.T. No.676 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.355 of 2022, under Sections 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Jhunsi, District Prayagraj.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant made a request that the applicant is old age person and he unable to attend the court regularly because of age and disease inflicted with.

¶4On the other hand, learned AGA has opposed the prayer but could not dispute the aforesaid facts.

¶5Prayer for quashment of the impugned order is refused.

¶6In view of the above, in case the applicant move an application under Section 205 Cr.P.C. for exemption from personal appearance, which shall be heard and decided in accordance with law.
