¶1Heard Sri Ram Raj Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents as well as Sri Aditya Kumar Yadav, learned counsel assisted by Sri Ashanjal Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf respondent no.3.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to which learned counsel for the respondent have no objection.

¶3Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
