¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2Present writ petition is preferred with a prayer to command the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 20.09.2023 moved by the petitioner for taking the action against the respondent Nos. 3 to 6.

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. The writ petition, on consent, is disposed of asking the petitioner to move a fresh representation ventilating all his grievance before the District Magistrate-Bhadohi (second respondent). In case any such representation is moved by the petitioner within a week, we hope and trust that the said representation would be considered on merit by the Competent Authority, who must accord audience to the parties having stake in the matter and only thereafter decide the said representation expeditiously.
