¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2Challenge in the writ petition is to an order of externment dated

29.8.2023 passed by respondent no.2 against the petitioner under the provisions of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970.

¶3Against the order impugned, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 6 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 before the Commissioner concerned. This statutory alternative remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.
